Network Engineers Hit Apple With Overtime Suit

Law360 (October 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Apple Inc. has been hit with a proposed class and collective action alleging that it failed to pay its network engineers and other network support staff members proper wages and overtime.

The case, originally filed this August in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, was transferred to the Northern District of California last week after the parties submitted a joint motion to change venue.

They said the new court would promote efficiency and be more convenient for the parties and the witnesses....
