Calif. Atty Sanctioned For Sexist Deposition Comment

Lori Rifkin, representing the family of a man who took his own life in prison, was telling Peter Bertling to stop interrupting her during the deposition when he told her, "Don't raise your voice at me … it's not becoming of a woman," according to an order granting sanctions in the case.
