Luke Oil Pushes Judge To Rethink Stay In SemCrude

Law360 (October 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge's order permanently staying claims by crude oil producers that are owed millions of dollars from SemCrude LP effectively denies some 85,000 parties their right to pursue those payments in court, a proposed class action is claiming in a motion to reconsider the ruling.
