Chobani Must Pull Ads About 'Chlorine' In Dannon Yogurt

Law360, New York (January 29, 2016, 6:13 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge told Greek-yogurt purveyor Chobani LLC on Friday to pull the plug on an advertising campaign suggesting yogurt made by its competitor Dannon is sweetened with an ingredient that is part chlorine.

U.S. District Judge David N. Hurd said Dannon Co. Inc. had met all the necessary criteria in its request for a preliminary injunction.
