Patent Lawyer Fights Cisco Over Doc Disclosure

Law360, New York (November 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A patent lawyer suing Cisco Systems Inc. in federal court over an article in the notorious “Patent Troll Tracker” blog has objected to Cisco's request for his personal records as proof of his "mental anguish."

On Friday, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division, the lawyer for Eric M. Albritton opposed Cisco's motion to compel disclosure of his medical and financial records, deeming the documents irrelevant.
