Disney Gets 'Iron Man' Armor Case Tossed

Law360, New York (February 9, 2016, 4:25 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge tossed out on Tuesday a lawsuit claiming Walt Disney's Marvel Comics stole the futuristic suit of armor seen in the blockbuster “Iron Man” movies from two ex-Marvel artists, saying she had no jurisdiction to hear the case.
