By Andrew McIntyre ( February 16, 2016, 3:53 PM EST) -- Citadel LLC has inked a deal for more than 200,000 square feet of space on Park Avenue, according to a report Tuesday from Crain's New York Business, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The hedge fund is taking space at 425 Park Ave. and paying a New York record of $300 per square foot for the penthouse level, according to the report. Citadel paid less for an unknown number of other floors at the 47-story building, the report said, with the lease working out to an average of $200 per square foot....
