9th Circ. Revives Oracle Wage Claims

Law360, New York (November 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has reversed a lower court's decision to toss some claims in a proposed class action against Oracle Corp. that alleges the company misclassified hundreds of workers and failed to properly compensate them for overtime work.
