200+ In Congress Support Suit To Stop Clean Power Plan

Law360, New York (February 23, 2016, 7:31 PM EST) -- More than 200 members of Congress, several companies and a host of other interested parties on Tuesday urged the D.C. Circuit to sink the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s controversial Clean Power Plan to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from existing power plants.
