Two Months Later, eBay Decision Begins To Trickle Down

Law360 (July 20, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two months after the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in a patent case involving eBay, the ruling is beginning to make its mark on patent litigation in lower courts.

The high-court decision has already changed the course of two cases before the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Texas, both of which were closely monitored by patent lawyers eagerly following trends in the field.
