Giants Player Sues ESPN For Medical Records Disclosure

Law360, New York (February 25, 2016, 2:41 PM EST) -- New York Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul hit ESPN and its reporter Adam Schefter with a privacy suit Wednesday in Florida state court, alleging Schefter violated Florida state privacy law by tweeting a photograph of Pierre-Paul’s medical records to 4 million Twitter followers.
