Texas Justices Say Whataburger Arbitration Case Needs Redo

Law360, New York (February 26, 2016, 4:43 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of Texas on Friday sent back to a lower appellate court a Whataburger employee’s bid to duck arbitration in an on-the-job injury suit against the company, saying the court did not properly consider each ground the employee raised against arbitration.
