Homestore Execs Not Out Of The Woods Yet

Law360, New York (July 21, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A month after a federal jury convicted the founder and former chief executive of Homestore Inc. of masterminding a $67 million accounting fraud, the former owners of a technology company acquired by the online real estate listings firm are seeking to revive civil charges related to the debacle.
