2nd Circ Rejects Intern Rehearing Bid In Fox Class Action

Law360, Washington (March 1, 2016, 3:52 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Monday declined a bid by interns at Fox Searchlight to reconsider its decision to toss out the standards they said should be used to determine if they should have been paid as employees.
