Navy Lands Win In High Court Sonar Dispute

Law360 (November 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has removed two restrictions on the Navy's use of sonar during military training exercises off the Southern California coast, an upset for environmental groups that had claimed sonar use put whales and other marine mammals at risk.
