Comair To Throw Out Flight Attendants' Contract

Law360, New York (July 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delta Airline subsidiary Comair has won court approval to throw out its contract with flight attendants after the two sides failed to reach an agreement on cost reduction.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Adlai S. Hardin, Jr. ruled Friday that Comair’s negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters were sufficient to be considered in good faith.
