Court Rejects Bid To Revise Exxon Valdez Damages

Law360, New York (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Alaska seafood processor Sea Hawk Seafoods Inc. has lost a bid to rewrite a long-established allocation plan for punitive damages related to the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill, paving the way for plaintiffs to begin receiving the funds.
