Judge Tells IP Trial Veterans To Give Young Attys A Shot

Law360, Los Angeles (March 9, 2016, 10:13 PM EST) -- A California federal magistrate judge on Wednesday urged veteran trial counsel in a trade secrets suit over memory chip designs to let younger attorneys argue in a slew of post-trial motions set to be heard next week, saying the associates who "contributed mightily to this difficult case" deserve a chance to develop their skills.
