Novartis Spars With Sales Reps Over FLSA Exemptions

Law360 (November 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. has urged a federal judge to dismiss a wage-and-hour suit brought by the drugmaker's sales representatives, arguing that the plaintiffs were exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
