NetVersant Moves To Block Subcontractor Claims

Law360 (November 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Network infrastructure company NetVersant Solutions Inc. has asked the judge overseeing its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings to prevent more than 100 subcontractors and suppliers from taking any enforcement actions against the company's customers that could freeze cash flow and force the debtors to liquidate.

In a verified complaint filed Wednesday among a number of first-day motions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, NetVersant asked the court to enjoin the defendants from asserting liens or other rights against its customers or their properties...
