Ex-Circuit City Workers Seek Automatic Stay Relief

Law360 (November 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of former Circuit City employees has asked a court to lift the automatic stay protecting their one-time employer after the U.S. electronics giant ducked into bankruptcy before finalizing a settlement agreement with the workers.
