Aluminum Co. Renews Bid To Set Aside Arbitration Award

Law360, New York (April 4, 2016, 10:13 PM EDT) -- A Venezuelan aluminum manufacturer once again pressed a Florida district court Friday to set aside an arbitration tribunal’s decision to deny its damage claims for more than $56 million against the government of Trinidad and Tobago after the conclusion of a four-month stay aimed at reaching a settlement.
