Lane Powell Ordered Off CellCyte Investor Suit

Law360, New York (November 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Citing conflict-of-interest issues, a federal judge has ordered Northwest regional firm Lane Powell PC to drop its representation of a defendant in an investor suit brought against executives of CellCyte Genetics Corp. over an alleged “pump and dump” stock scheme.
