No Relief Of Stay For Developers In Lehman Ch. 11

Law360 (November 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The judge in the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy case has refused to grant relief from an automatic stay preventing bankrupt real estate developer SunCal Cos. from filing motions in its own bankruptcy that could hurt Lehman.

Friday's ruling, on a Nov. 10 motion filed SunCal and more than a dozen affiliates collectively known as the SCC entities, came in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
