Monsanto Prevails In $15M PCB Cancer Trial

Law360, Los Angeles (April 5, 2016, 5:15 PM EDT) -- A California jury on Tuesday found Monsanto not liable for cancer developed by a man and a woman who were exposed to the company's polychlorinated biphenyls, reaching the decision after a week of deliberations in the $15 million product liability and negligence trial.
