Union Sues Delta Over Flight Attendant Integration

Law360 (November 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Delta Air Lines Inc. is facing a lawsuit alleging its attempts to integrate the seniority status of flight attendants from Northwest Airlines Inc. with that of other flight attendants at the newly merged carrier interfere with employees' rights to choose their collective bargaining agent.
