Cole Schotz Guides $105M SoHo Retail Property Buy

Law360, Minneapolis (April 11, 2016, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Law firm Cole Schotz PC said Monday it represented real estate investment company 60 Guilders LLC in its recent, $105 million purchase of a retail co-op property in New York's SoHo district.

The deal is for 106 Spring St., which is two blocks southwest of New York University and is near subway stops for the N and R lines as well as line 6.

New York-based 60 Guilders bought the property directly from the co-op, Cole Schotz said. A spokeswoman for the firm said the deal involved "a complex and ultimately successful negotiation process."
