Dolby Making Baseless IP Claims To Rival's Customers: Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 11, 2016, 7:45 PM EDT) -- Dolby was hit with a suit in California federal court Monday accusing the audio equipment maker of misinforming current and potential customers of rival GDC Technology that use of the latter's products infringe copyrights held by Dolby, and that the two companies' products aren't compatible.
