Carnival Sued For Barring Cuban-Americans From Cruises

Law360, Jersey City (April 13, 2016, 6:09 PM EDT) -- Carnival Corp. was slammed with a proposed class action in Florida federal court Tuesday alleging the company is violating the civil rights of Cuban-born consumers by refusing to allow them on its new cruise line to the once off-limits country.
