Law360, Minneapolis (April 14, 2016, 3:46 PM EDT) -- Cole Schotz PC represented New York residential developer Anbau Enterprises Inc. on its $58 million purchase of an East Village multi-building residential complex, while Meister Seelig & Fein LLP counseled the seller, according to records made public Wednesday in New York.

The deal is for 50-58 E. 3rd St., located five blocks east of New York University and six blocks southwest of Tompkins Square Park. The property is close to the Second Avenue subway stop that serves the F train.
