Labor Judge Says Ill. Med School Must Pay $223K To H-1B Doc

Law360, New York (April 15, 2016, 10:42 PM EDT) -- A Department of Labor judge has ordered the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine to pay an assistant professor $223,884 after finding the H-1B doctor was underpaid for her academic and clinical work, reversing a prior ruling that the school committed no violation.
