Law360, New York (December 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Asserting that they already are covered by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a judge has dismissed counterclaims brought by Inc. in a case filed by 14 recording companies — including Sony BMG Music Entertainment and Virgin Records America Inc. — over alleged copyright infringement.
