SEPTA Not Immune Under 11th Amendment: 3rd Circ.

Law360 (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has ruled that the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is not entitled to sovereign immunity in its battle with a class of bus drivers seeking overtime claims because it is not an arm of the state.
