Privacy Group Urges 3rd Circ. To Revive Paytime Data Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2016, 10:15 PM EDT) -- The Electronic Privacy Information Center on Monday threw its support behind the appeal of a proposed class of workers whose claims against Paytime Inc. over a 2014 data breach were booted by a lower court for lack of sufficient harm, telling the Third Circuit that companies must be held accountable.
