Law360, New York (April 20, 2016, 4:47 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld the convictions and prison sentences of five former employees of Bernard Madoff’s brokerage firm, ruling that the government proved its case against the Ponzi schemer's accused accomplices while dismissing a claim that a prosecutor had used racially tinged language to win over the jury.
