The employees said in a reply brief that Urban Outfitters Inc.'s opposition to certification mistakenly focuses on the merits of the case rather than whether it should proceed as a collective action, and that the retailer's repeated argument that it made the correct classification decision regarding exemption only supports the need for certification.
