Negligence Claim On Foley's Tardy Filing Remains

Law360, New York (December 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A district judge has rejected Foley & Lardner LLP's push to dismiss pharmaceutical company Vaxiion Therapeutics Inc.'s negligence and breach of contract allegations, but has agreed to toss the former client's claim that it lost the right to seek international patent protection as a result of the firm's failure to meet an application deadline.
