Taxi Software Co. Blasts Flywheel App For Poaching Contracts

Law360, Washington (May 12, 2016, 12:44 PM EDT) -- Creative Mobile Technologies blasted cab-hailing appmaker Flywheel Software in a federal suit filed in California Wednesday, accusing the company of violating hardware and payment-processing agreements with more than half a dozen taxi fleets nationwide.

The suit claims that starting in 2012, Flywheel started subverting Creative Mobile Technologies’ contracts with San Francisco cab companies to process credit card payments through its hardware.
