Law360, New York (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has dealt a blow to the developer of a major liquefied natural gas facility planned for the coastal waters off New York, ruling that the U.S. Maritime Administration has the right to belatedly grant the state of New Jersey veto power over the project.
