Shell Labor Case Belongs In Fed. Court: 9th Circ.

Law360 (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appellate court has said a lower court was wrong to remand to state court a proposed class action accusing Shell Oil Co., its affiliate Equilon Enterprises and Tesoro Refining and Marketing Co. of failing to provide workers with breaks.
