Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Plaintiffs in the federal multidistrict litigation involving an alleged ring of illegal tissue harvesters received a blow this week when a federal judge threw out many of their claims, granting the defendants' motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of whether the plaintiffs' ailments were indeed caused by their tissue transplants.
