9th Circ. Sends NFL Insurance Row To Workers’ Comp Board

Law360, Los Angeles (May 20, 2016, 4:05 PM EDT) -- A  Ninth Circuit panel on Thursday affirmed a lower court ruling that an insurance company’s dispute with the New Orleans Saints over an injury settlement for former National Football League offensive lineman Jim Rourke doesn't belong in court and sent the case for a hearing before a workers’ compensation board.
