Tyson Says Huge E-Discovery Search Takes Time

Law360 (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Tyson Foods Inc. has shot back at plaintiffs' claims that the company is taking too long to hand over necessary electronic documents in their multidistrict employment litigation, arguing that it is diligently wading through mountains of information to determine what is necessary to the case.
