10th Circ. Revives Suit Challenging Medicare Rule

Law360 (December 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appeals court has concluded that two firms that offer consulting services for the settlement of workers’ compensation claims have standing to bring a suit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and one of its divisions, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
