IT Workers Win Certification Against Baker Hughes

Law360 (December 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has conditionally certified a class in a collective action filed by one current and one former employee against Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations Inc. for allegedly failing to pay overtime to its information technology support staff.
