Law360 (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Konica Minolta Photo Imaging Inc.'s suit against Papst Licensing GmbH & Co. KG involving two patents that cover an interface device used in digital cameras will be transferred to a federal court in Illinois if the case is not settled in ongoing multidistrict litigation, a federal judge has ruled.
