Chamber Of Commerce Sues DOI Over ESA Changes

Law360, New York (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Changes to the Endangered Species Act finalized by the U.S. Department of the Interior last week have prompted another lawsuit, this one by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce alleging that the new rule contains inconsistent language about when consultation with government agencies is required under the act.
