Mars Wants ‘Recycled’ M&M Slack Fill Class Action Tossed

Law360, New York (June 6, 2016, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Mars Inc. urged a New York federal judge to toss a proposed class action brought by a group of dissatisfied consumers who say the company underfills its M&M tubes, arguing the suit is the latest in a slew of nearly identical complaints filed against various manufacturers for the purpose of extracting early settlements.
