US Backs SolarCity In 9th Circ. Antitrust Row

Law360, New York (June 8, 2016, 2:25 PM EDT) -- Federal antitrust regulators on Tuesday backed SolarCity Corp.'s efforts to nix an Arizona utility's bid to reverse a district court ruling that upheld antitrust claims brought by the rooftop solar firm, telling the Ninth Circuit that the utility can't argue it's immune to antitrust suits due to state policymaking.
