Adjusters Exempt From OT Requirements: Judge

Law360, New York (December 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Claims-adjusting company Cambridge Integrated Services Corp. and insurance company Aon Corp. have prevailed in a wage-and-hour suit brought on behalf of a class of more than 1,000 adjusters who argued that they were misclassified as exempt from overtime pay requirements, but the plaintiffs will appeal.
